10 Wonderful Years
On November 29, 2008 a dream was realized. After several months of planning, organizing, worrying, getting excited, receiving yarn and needles, Ashley opened the doors to All Strung Out. She saw people come into the store and wish her well and buy yarn and needles. By the end of the day she was amazed at the success of that first day. There have been many exciting days since then. Knitter’s Fair days for many years, World Wide Knit in Public Day every year. Every day at the store brings more excitement. Every new knitter is a cause for celebration, every finished project tells why we open the door each day. Yes, some days are not easy but we always strive to do our best. Ashley continued running the store and with the help of Paula have continued to grow the store to include many new products and have offered many classes. We have had wonderful help from many people over the years and we thank them. Over the next year we will be holding special events to celebrate these 10 years. The first event will be a trunk show put on by a wonderful pair of ladies from St. Thomas.
Leo & Roxy Yarn Co. is the pride and passion of a pair of Canadian indie-dyers, Kerri Masseo & Jolyn Gardner, looking to get their fibre freak on!
Kerri and Jolyn will be bringing many samples of there incredible yarn for you to look at up close and personal. You will have the chance to purchase these beautiful creations and take them home to knit those special projects. Leo and Roxy have several different yarns with various fibre content, weight and even have mini skeins to let you mix and match for your special projects.
The name Leo and Roxy comes from their special furry four legged fiends that surely must help with some of the testing of their creations. Any one who names their business after special friends must be awesome and we want you to have a chance to meet them. Their yarn will be on our table from 10 am to closing on Saturday, December 1st 2018. Please come have a look.
If you are adventurous and can’t wait for Saturday, you can take a look at their website at

In addition to the Knitters Pride lines of needles we are also carrying Chiaogoo needles which are of exceptional quality and have become go to needles for many of our customers.

New Class Schedule for Winter Coming Soon
It is always fun to take a class with eager knitters. We learn so much during these sessions. The teacher shows us many new skills but we also learn from and are encouraged by our class participants. Come join us for one or more of our classes and take your knitting to the next level. The class schedule for Winter 2019 will be out soon.
Join a Knit-A-Long at All Strung Out
Come see what Knit-A-Long our customers have started. Here at All Strung Out our customers seem to inspire and choose what knit-a-long we are doing. We are like many of our customers: when we see patterns we like we think about our next project. Currently the active knit-a-long is Nightshift by Andrea Mowry.
